The manufacturing of polyester buttons begins with the production of resin sheets. A machine cuts out the blanks from which the buttons are turned.

The leftover of the sheets should be discarded as an industrial waste but, instead of throwing into the garbage, they are shreded and recycled in a new production. The outcome resin can be turned in any form and dimension, as it maintains the same properties of the original one, but it can contains up to 60-70% of recycled material.

This reuse of waste materials allows a significant reduction of pollution because of garbage reduction and less pollution for the new production.
